| Thank you for considering renting from us. We have a few specific things about the place that might be a little different from other rentals, and ask that you read this page and understand, and agree with those things. I hope to hear from you and have you down to stay. We have cable tv in living, and both bedrooms. While we will do three thorough cleanings during the season, we ask all renters to leave the condo with clean sheets,and in great condition for the next renter. For this reason we do NOT charge a cleaning deposit. If you cannot clean it we can arrange to have that done for an additional fee of 100.00. This condo is a lot of fun and we hope you come to stay. There is a laundry area adjacent to every pool so cleaning the linens and so forth is not a problem. We leave plenty of cleaning supplies and laundry soap as well each season. Feel free to ask us any questions about renting via email. We love it when people come down to enjoy the place. We ask that each renter vacuum and wipe down the surfaces and floors with the provided equipment. Clean sheets on the bed and you are in good shape with us. No cleaning deposit!!!!!!!! |
